Order the 300cm x 200cm standard size Rug Lock underlay from the website. Ordering was simple and easy! My underlay arrived in folded form and when opening it, was relatively free of folds. I only wanted an underlay that was quite thin for my rug and it was exactly as specified. Have placed this on my hard floor and works a treat! Non slip, thin and functions!

The Dual Lock I ordered was exactly what I expected. I provided my carpet measurement in the custom box provided and the pad arrived in the perfect size. They cut it just the right amount smaller than my rug for the perfect fit. My rug is now much more substantial in feel.
